Welcome to my unique online space for yoga, meditation, and meetings. If you're familiar with Zoom online classes, this is similar but offers a more realistic experience, making you feel as if you're in a live studio—all from the comfort of your home. It's perfect for busy caregivers or parents who want to feel connected to the community without the need to travel.
Simply join an in-person class by accessing the studio link that is sent when you book. Choose a mat and decide whether to keep your video on or turn it off.
Please note that all live classes must be scheduled through the class booking system.
Classes are Free for Glolife On Demand members with a unique code to use at checkout and £2.50 for non-members.
If you have a phone, tablet, or laptop, you can access the chosen room using a direct link.
