Join the Meno-Prep Course led by Gemma Sanda. This course is open to all ages, including those in pre-menopause and post-menopause, because I believe that it's never too early or too late to start working on habit and lifestyle changes.

Preparing for perimenopause is essential, but this course is suitable for women at any stage of their journey. I’m 44, and my mum is 73. I have developed this program based on years of knowledge from three generations of women's stories and experiences, the good, the bad and the ugly, and created a course that is simple, actionable, and not just another chore to add to our list.

With my background in beauty therapy, health coaching, fitness, yoga, and breathwork, I will guide you through easy tools that seamlessly fit into your life. This will help you feel balanced, confident, and energised for the years ahead!

The group setting offers you the chance to connect with other women who are on similar journeys. At the end of the course, you are invited to an exclusive local event where we can celebrate your new life and share experiences with the friends you've made along the way.
